Netflix’s Daredevil: Campaign

Daredevil is a street-level hero who protects his home turf: the streets of Hell’s Kitchen. For the launch of the first hero in the defender series, we took daredevil from the streets of NYC to cities all around the world.12 street artists created custom art that appeared globally from NYC to Copenhagen to Sydney. Fans who found the social mural experiment tagged it #DaredevilArt and saw their photo featured on a custom site.

Netflix’s Jessica Jones: Social Campaign.

Two parts whiskey. One part biting wit. A dash of super strength. Jessica Jones is a troubled ex-superhero turned street-level private investigator. Because Jessica Jones was a truly unique and lesser-known hero of the Marvel universe, our first challenge was to attract an audience who could care less about pretend saviors donning latex. Our strategy was to highlight the show's mystery, darkness, and sexuality, and leverage our cast of dynamic women, the men who have their backs, and the deceitfully charming villain that threatens to end them all. We brought this anti-social character to social for her Netflix debut by writing from her snarky New Yorker personality, humanizing both her fearlessness and vulnerability.
